This policy identifies the app operator and the contact email for privacy questions, support, and data deletion requests.

1. App Information

App name: NCOA Schedule Calendar
iOS Bundle ID: dev.pages.blccalendar
Android package name: dev.pages.blccalendar
Google Play developer and app operator: eomjun

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how the app is used, NCOA Schedule Calendar may collect or process the following information:

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

4. Keep-Login Storage

If a user chooses the keep-login option, the app may store login information locally on the user's device or browser so the user does not need to re-enter the access code each time. Users can remove this local login information by logging out, clearing browser or app data, or uninstalling the app.

5. Firebase Services and Push Notifications

NCOA Schedule Calendar uses Google Firebase services, including Firebase Realtime Database and Firebase Cloud Messaging, to store and sync schedule-related data, register devices for notifications, and deliver schedule alerts. An FCM registration token identifies an app installation for notification delivery; it is not used by the app as a user's name. Firebase may process technical and service data as part of providing these services. Google's privacy practices are described in Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

6. Advertising and Consent

The app uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements. Google and its advertising partners may process advertising identifiers where available and permitted, IP address, device and network information, ad impressions, interactions, and diagnostic information to provide, measure, prevent fraud in, and improve advertising services.

Where required, the app uses Google's User Messaging Platform to ask for advertising consent before requesting ads. Depending on the user's location, choices, and device settings, Google may provide personalized, non-personalized, or limited ads, or no ad may be available. When Google indicates that a privacy options entry point is required, users can open Settings > Ad Privacy Choices in the app to review or change their advertising consent choices.

Learn more about how Google uses information from apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers, including Google Firebase, Google AdMob, and their authorized service providers and advertising partners, as needed to operate the app, deliver notifications, provide and measure advertising, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, protect users, or enforce applicable terms and policies.

8. Data Retention

Schedule and access-related information is retained for as long as needed to provide the app, manage class schedule records, maintain security, resolve issues, or comply with applicable obligations. Local keep-login data remains on the user's device until the user logs out, clears local data, or removes the app. FCM registration tokens and notification subscriptions may be retained while notifications are enabled and are removed or invalidated when notifications are disabled, the user logs out, the app is uninstalled, or the token is refreshed, subject to service operation and backup retention.

9. Your Choices and Data Deletion Requests

Users may request deletion of information associated with their use of NCOA Schedule Calendar by contacting us at doesntmatter0828@gmail.com. Users can disable push notifications in the app's Settings or in iOS or Android system settings. Where available, users can review advertising consent through the app's Ad Privacy Choices control. We may need enough information to verify the request and identify the relevant records.

10. Children's Privacy

NCOA Schedule Calendar is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can review and delete the information if required.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information handled by the app. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised last updated date.
