Common Issues

I cannot access the app

  1. Confirm that the access code was entered correctly.
  2. Check that the device has an active internet connection.
  3. Close and reopen the app, then try again.
  4. If the code is no longer valid, contact the person who provided it or email support.

The schedule is missing or not updating

  1. Confirm that the device is online.
  2. Leave the current screen and reopen the schedule.
  3. Close and reopen the app if the latest changes still do not appear.
  4. Contact support with the affected date and cycle, without including sensitive personal information.

Notifications are not arriving

  1. Open the app's Settings and confirm that Notifications are on.
  2. Open the device's system settings and allow notifications for BLC Schedule Tracker.
  3. Confirm that Focus or Do Not Disturb is not suppressing alerts.
  4. Turn Notifications off and back on in the app to refresh registration.

An advertisement is not displayed

Ads may be temporarily unavailable because of network conditions, regional availability, consent choices, or advertising service limits. Missing ads do not prevent use of the schedule features.

I want to review my advertising consent

Where required by applicable privacy rules, open the app's Settings and select Ad Privacy Choices. This control is shown only when Google's consent platform reports that it is required for the user.

I want to remove locally saved login information

Use the Logout button in the app's Settings. You can also remove local app data by uninstalling the app. For a request involving information stored by the service, contact support using the email above.
